Vaultora is a password management and secure credential sharing application. Depending on the features you use, Vaultora may process information necessary to provide its services, including:

- Notes associated with stored credentials;
- Room membership and invitation information;

3. Advertising and Google AdMob
Vaultora uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process certain information, including:

- Diagnostic and performance information;
- Information used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.

4. Sensitive Information and Advertising
Vaultora does not intentionally provide your stored passwords, credential contents, recovery information, vault contents, or other sensitive password-manager data to advertisers for advertising targeting.
Advertising services operate separately from the sensitive credential management functionality of Vaultora.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no electronic transmission, storage system, or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your stored Vaultora credentials.
Information may be processed or shared only where necessary to operate the service, provide features requested by the user, comply with legal obligations, protect the security of the service, or operate third-party services integrated into the application such as Google AdMob.
7. Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Vaultora's functionality, maintain security, comply with applicable legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Data associated with a user may be deleted when the relevant account or data is deleted, subject to limited retention that may be required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes.

Users may request deletion of their Vaultora data.
To request deletion, contact us using the contact information provided below. Please do not include passwords, recovery codes, master passwords, or other sensitive credentials in your message.
9. Children's Privacy
Vaultora is not specifically designed or directed toward children. We do not knowingly use the application to solicit sensitive personal information from children.
10. Third-Party Services
Vaultora may use third-party infrastructure and services necessary to operate the application. Those third parties may process limited information according to their own privacy policies and applicable law.
Google AdMob is one such third-party service used by Vaultora.
11. International Processing
